These terms form the agreement governing your use of True Furniture and the services available on the website. Additional order-specific conditions, quotations and product specifications apply where disclosed before purchase. Updated terms apply from publication to future use and orders; accepted orders remain subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.

Arabic and English versions are provided for clarity. Any discrepancy is interpreted under applicable law without restricting mandatory consumer rights.

• Registration: certain services require an account and accurate, current information. Keep your password confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Third-party sign-in: available options such as Google are used with your authorization and under the Privacy Policy.
• Merchant and affiliate accounts require verification and administrative approval for services requiring activation. Partners must not impersonate True Furniture or make unauthorized promises.
• Suspension or termination: accounts may be restricted for breaches, reasonable fraud/security concerns or legal requirements, with appropriate notice where possible and respect for existing orders and rights.

You must not use the website or its information or services to:

• Illegal activity, exploitation, violence, child-abuse material, illegal drug promotion or other prohibited conduct.
• Infringement of copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy or other third-party rights.
• Threats, defamation, harassment, discrimination, hate speech or pornographic/abusive material.
• Sharing private/confidential information or an identifiable person’s image without appropriate permission, including required permissions for minors.
• Implying endorsement or approval by True Furniture without written permission.
• Hacking, defacing or disrupting the website, bypassing authentication/security or evading permissions.
• Unauthorized modification, reverse engineering, resale or commercial exploitation of site software/services, or any conduct contrary to law.
• Removing ownership notices, unauthorized framing or mirroring of the site.
• Distributing malware, overloading servers, disrupting service, spam, fraud or pyramid schemes.
• Unauthorized bots or automated scraping of user/content data in violation of rights or security.
• Forging headers or identity, disguising the origin of submissions, intercepting other people’s communications or unauthorized network monitoring.
• Harvesting visitor/member data, fake reviews, or manipulating orders, prices, commissions or payments.

• You may submit a profile photo, messages, reviews or account documents. You remain responsible for having the rights and providing accurate information without infringing third-party rights.
• Published reviews may be visible to visitors with the displayed author name. Verification documents and private account information do not become public merely by uploading them.
• You grant True Furniture a non-exclusive licence only as needed to host, display and process content to operate the service and provide support under the Privacy Policy. These terms do not grant unlimited rights to use your image, voice or data in unrelated campaigns without an appropriate basis or required permission.
• Content/data deletion may be requested under the Privacy Policy, subject to necessary legal retention. Content breaching these terms or unsuitable for the service may be removed.
• Product reviews are available to eligible customers who purchased and received that product, under the site’s verification process.

True Furniture presents furniture and coordinates orders, payments, delivery and after-sales service through the website. The seller/supplier and product-specific commitments are identified in the product information, accepted quotation or invoice. Partner participation does not remove True Furniture’s obligations for services it undertakes or mandatory consumer rights.

• Review specifications, dimensions, colour, materials, price and delivery information before confirmation.
• Orders depend on availability, information verification and payment under the selected method. Material price/availability errors are addressed with you before fulfilment, with paid amounts refunded if fulfilment is impossible or cancellation is accepted.
• Custom manufacturing and project orders follow approved specifications, quotations and agreed production/payment schedules.

Website software, design, logos, text and other materials belong to True Furniture or their respective licensors, excluding user content and third-party materials identified as such. Personal shopping use does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized reproduction or commercial use.

These terms apply when using the website on mobile devices. External app-store or third-party services, where actually available, also have their own disclosed terms and privacy policies. Only use official links and protect your device and sign-in details.

To report suspected infringement, send the relevant page URL, a description of the work/right, evidence of ownership or authority and contact details to the email below. We review reports and take appropriate action under applicable law.

We aim for accurate information and reliable access, but availability can be affected by maintenance, technical faults or external services. Responsibility is assessed under applicable law and the commitments made for each order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory guarantees or denies rights for defective/non-conforming goods.

You are responsible for proven loss caused by unlawful use or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent determined under applicable law. Any compensation claim is subject to proof, causation and lawful limits; this does not transfer responsibility for True Furniture’s own unlawful conduct to you.

• Applicable Egyptian law governs, with disputes addressed through competent channels without waiving access to courts, authorities or the Consumer Protection Agency.
• Cash on delivery and other methods depend on the order and site configuration. Any additional fee is disclosed in the order summary before confirmation.
• Administration may send an authorized payment link. An affiliate cannot independently confirm customer payment. Verify official channels before paying.
• Discount codes/vouchers follow the validity period, minimum spend and eligible products/categories disclosed for the offer. Appliances or specific products may be excluded where stated.
• Services and terms may be updated under applicable law with appropriate notice, without prejudice to accepted orders or existing commitments.
