PART A — WARRANTY

Overview1) How to Know a Product Has Warranty

  • Warranty is shown on the product page with its duration and conditions.
  • If no additional warranty is displayed, the Return Policy applies: 14-day change of mind and 30-day manufacturing defects, together with applicable statutory rights.

Keep your tax invoice, warranty card (if provided) and original packaging to help us process your claim.

Coverage2) What Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Duration and procedures can vary by brand and product.
  • For furniture, covered services may require assembly by True Furniture and keeping the item at its original delivery address. The cause of a defect and statutory rights are assessed.
  • Appliances and electronics may require proof of purchase and manufacturer warranty activation.

Exclusions3) What Is Not Covered

  • Misuse, overloading or use outside the intended purpose.
  • True Furniture-branded mattresses follow the product warranty. Other mattress brands follow their manufacturer warranty.
  • Accidental or use-related cosmetic damage: stains, spills, scratches, tears and breakage.
  • Damage directly caused by unauthorized installation/repair or improper relocation from the original delivery address.

Kitchens4) Full Kitchens

  • Custom full kitchens are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return after order approval and production starts; defect and non-conformity rights remain applicable.
  • A 5-year manufacturing-defect warranty applies to eligible full kitchens under the project agreement and invoice.
  • Kitchen orders are confirmed after full pre-payment under the agreed quotation.

Claims5) How to Use Warranty

  • Within 30 days of delivery, you may request a manufacturing-defect return under the Return Policy.
  • After 30 days, contact Customer Service with your order number and defect description. A tax invoice and manufacturer warranty activation may be needed.
  • Some products require claims directly through the manufacturer or authorized agent; we will clarify the appropriate route.

PART B — INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY

Overview6) Products Excluded from Installation

Installation is provided where included on the product page or agreed quotation. Wall mounting and ceiling hanging are excluded from standard assembly.

  • TV-unit shelves requiring wall mounting.
  • Bathroom storage units requiring mounting.
  • Tableaux and wall art.
  • Wall clocks.
  • Hanging shelves and any item requiring wall or ceiling mounting.

Keep your assembly request details and contact us within the stated period for follow-up.

Timelines7) Assembly Completion Timelines

  • Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: within two working days of delivery for included services, under the appointment arranged with the assembly team.
  • Other regions: on the delivery day, subject to service coverage and the confirmed appointment.
  • If assembly is not completed within the arranged timeframe, submit a follow-up request to Customer Service.
  • Reporting delays: please notify us within 10 days of delivery if assembly is not completed within two days. Late reporting alone does not automatically void warranty or manufacturing-defect rights.

Exceptions8) Self-Assembly & Air Conditioner Rules

  • Self-assembly or unauthorized third-party assembly: damage directly caused by incorrect assembly is excluded; unrelated manufacturing-defect rights are not automatically lost.
  • True Furniture does not set or collect air-conditioner assembly fees under standard furniture assembly. Arrange installation with the manufacturer or authorized agent.
