• Contact and account data: name, email, phone numbers, addresses, an optional profile photo and sign-in information.
• Order data: products, delivery addresses, order status, payment method, references or receipts you provide and after-sales requests.
• Usage and technical data: product interactions, wishlists, saved items, session records and technical information needed for operation and security.
• Partner data: merchant/affiliate details, payouts and required verification documents, such as National ID, Commercial Registration and Tax Card depending on the account and selected option.
• Corporate and contact requests: your name, email, phone, company/industry and details you voluntarily submit.
• The website currently does not require precise GPS location. We use the shipping area and address you provide. A future device-location feature would require appropriate notice and permission.

• Operate accounts, ordering, payment, delivery, assembly, warranties and customer support.
• Verify partner accounts, administer permissions, commissions and payouts, and prevent fraud.
• Remember carts, language/theme preferences and selected pages/tabs, and improve the experience.

• Send order notices, verification/recovery codes and essential service messages; send offers according to your consent and preferences.

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, carts and preferences. Optional analytics and advertising tools are controlled through consent settings. Cart data stored in your browser is not automatically synchronized across devices; clearing browser data removes it.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared as needed with hosting, email/WhatsApp, payment, delivery and support providers to deliver the service, or where legally required or needed to protect rights and security.

If you use Google sign-in or the shopping assistant, information you choose to submit is processed through the relevant provider. Providers may process data outside Egypt, subject to applicable requirements and safeguards. Do not include passwords or sensitive documents in assistant messages.

Manage email, SMS, WhatsApp and marketing preferences in your account, use an available unsubscribe link or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential order, security or legal notices. Creating an account does not require accepting all optional marketing.

To request account closure or deletion of personal data, email us from your registered email address. Include the account email and the request type. We may verify ownership and clarify the scope before processing the request.

Some records may need to be retained for orders, warranties, invoices, fraud prevention, legal obligations or disputes. Eligible data is deleted or anonymized after review; deletion is not promised to be immediate or to erase records we must retain.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, update or deletion of your information; withdraw consent; limit or object to relevant processing; and make a complaint to the competent authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. We retain data only as needed for the described purposes and applicable obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

We use access controls, protected sessions and password hashing to help protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and its date, and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
